Surf Fishing Riviera Maya?
I will be staying near Puerto Moreles in late april. I really want to bring some fishing gear and do some surf fishing. Does anyone know if i need a liscense or any kind of permit to fish? Also, any tips on fishing gear and methods? Never fished the surf in mexico before, but i have seen people do it and would love to give it a shot.

- nobody in mexico will stop you from fishing- i've never been hassled there except by the beach walkers trying to sell "silver" bracelets and other trinkets to the tourists.
